Tess is a student of human nature, uncovering what motivates people and making new friends wherever she goes. She’s spent her career solving human-centric problems which has seen her supporting all manner of projects. Whether she is building a sales pipeline, crafting marketing strategies, leading organizational change initiatives, implementing software, or launching new products, Tess always tackles problems with a smile. Staying curious she dives to the root cause of the issue and works with YOU to find manageable solutions to address the challenge.
When she’s not solving problems, you can find Tess exploring the mountains by skis and bike around her home in Golden, BC.
